Everyone is welcome to our friendly Waves and Clouds Tai Chi class, where you just follow along to the music. Suitable for complete beginners, or those who have done tai chi or qigong before, there is no need to sign up for a regular class - you just pay weekly. The slow fluid movements can help improve coordination, balance and promote relaxation and can be done standing or seated.


Many who attend regularly enjoy the movements and say how much better they feel afterwards.

Tai Chi for Health         


 The Annexe, Breaside  Thursday  11 am weekly


This is easy to learn tai chi form which provides many health benefits. It is based on Dr Lam’s world famous  programme ‘Tai Chi for Arthritis’,  which has been proven to have numerous health benefits and is supported by many Arthritis foundations around the world.


Medical evidence shows that regular Tai Chi practice can alleviate joint pain and reduce the risk of falls and benefit many other common conditions. Our students often mention that the first benefits they notice are the slow fluid movements help improve coordination, balance and promote relaxation.


This class is not currently taking beginners, but a new beginner’s class will be starting soon in Ringwood on Tuesdays 2pm from May 9th onwards. Please contact us for details.


1 hour weekly class run in blocks of 5 weeks. Cost £35 - contact us to book.
